We have a strong product development team comprising of 75 people and our continuous efforts and investments in new colours, design trends, substrates, weaves and finishes enable us to produce and offer our highly valued customers with a wide variety of innovative product range comprising of over 5.000 SKUs each year. We have 25 CAD stations which convert the teams innovative work as electronic input to our computer aided manufacturing. All SKU’s are compiled and presented to our customers in form of 40 new collections every year. Each collection is beautifully designed and presented keeping in mind the needs of the customers. At Sharman we always focus on excellence and Loris Bellini is the marvel of excellence in yarn dyeing machines. These machines are loaded with next generation of automation ensuring all those critical parameters that a dyer normally needs to take care of, will almost eliminate the risk of human error and will give the chance to focus the attention on other important aspects of a dye house management.
Digital + Table
We have world class printing facility with Monalisa(EPSON technologies) digital printers and GALI screen printing machines. Both these brands have become a reference standard for high quality printing in their respective fields of application as haute couture, fast fashion, accessories and home textiles.
We have Zinser worsted ring spinning frames, which sets an unsurpassed standard for quality and economy in the worsted yarn industry. We have SAURER Schlafhorst autoconer with its splicing technology, especially the thermo splicer, the Autoconer is the perfect complement for high quality. Worsted yarns are spun in different qualities and yarn counts.
The company has MSC continuous washing lines with different combinations of compartments which can be set up for many different processes or capacities to satisfy customers production needs by combining high productivity and excellent washing results with lowest water, energy and chemical consumptions.
The company has installed setup for fully automatic multi-head embroidery machines and is also engaged in doing intricate hand embroideries. The immaculate workmanship of the artisans and the finesse of workmanship has become a symbol of high prestige.
